Panayiotis Kyprianou

Panayiotis Kyprianou is a practicing lawyer and the founder of P. Kyprianou & Associates LLC, based in Nicosia. With a strong academic background and a practical, client-focused approach, he has established a reputation for excellence in the fields of Real Estate Law and Inheritance Law. Since founding his law office in 2020, he has advised and represented numerous clients in complex legal matters involving property transactions, estate planning, and probate.

Alongside his legal practice, Panayiotis is actively engaged in legal education and research. He serves as a visiting lecturer in the field of Business law and has authored numerous articles on various legal topics.

Panayiotis has also delivered seminars and workshops on Real Estate and Inheritance Law, and he is an active member of the Real Estate Law Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association, where he contributes to the ongoing development and refinement of real estate legislation and professional standards in Cyprus.
